Good and exceptionally nice location for us.
A comfortable and secure place with neat rooms. Efficient and affable people, nothing to complain about. Rooms with balcony. Not far from Penang International airport, approx 9 miles distance. Great value, totally recommend.

The central location makes it easy to access, being only 100 meters away from a bus stop, and the room with a double bed is cozy for relaxation, while the staff are friendly and attentive to customers' needs.

Strategic location to Penang island, appreciated it. Staff was helpful and provided us with a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Our experience at this neat and secure apartment was very good.

Pros of the stay: Spacious room, perfect for a small eating party; mind-blowing entertainment with PS3 and Netflix; jaw-dropping view; super equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, refrigerant, water filter, and toast heater; access to gym and swimming pool; lemongrass shower shampoo was amazing; only 15 minutes away from city center tourist spots; clean house with fast internet; helpful staff during check-in. Wi-fi, dryer, and flat-screen TV were also provided. Definitely recommending it to friends and family!

Apartment is secure and location is strategic close enough to nearby restaurants, Georgetown, a bus stand. I will come back considering fantastic location and staff.
